By purchasing a ticket and attending any NADA in-person dating event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase & Eligibility
- All attendees must be 20 years or older.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by NADA.
- Tickets may not be transferred or resold without prior written approval from NADA.
2. Behaviour & Conduct
- You agree to show respect, courtesy, and appropriate behaviour toward all attendees and staff.
- Harassment, discrimination, or aggression will result in immediate removal without refund.
3. No Guarantees of Matches or Outcomes
- NADA provides curated introductions and suggestions only.
- We do not guarantee that you will find a match or have any specific outcome at the event.
4. Personal Responsibility & Liability
You acknowledge that attending an in-person event involves personal interactions, and you participate at your own risk. NADA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to your person or property.
5. Privacy & Media
- NADA may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the start of the event.
6. Event Changes or Cancellations
NADA reserves the right to modify event details, including venue, date, or format. If NADA cancels an event, you will be offered a refund or a ticket transfer to another date.
7. Health & Safety
- You agree to follow all venue rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from event hosts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by New Zealand law, NADA disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the price of your ticket.
